When our old HVAC unit died over six years ago, we bought our new unit from Valley Heating and Cooling. They were punctual, polite, and professional, discussing options with us and answering all our questions. The purchase and installation was fast and painless, a very good thing in July in Alabama. Since that time, they have handled any questions, update to a better thermostat, and annual maintenance appointments with an excellent customer service and courtesy that can be difficult to find these days. Our last service technician, Brandon Mathis, was very polite, professional, and friendly from the phone call to let me know he was on his way until he wished me a nice day as he left. He also offered me the opportunity to have my dryer vent cleaned, a long-delayed and much-needed service I was eager to have done. Had a few issues with the old unit on our trailer and they came out and replaced the unit for us. The new unit needed a new thermostat that came cheaply, and they also had good quality. When we got the unit we got the package that came with it; then the unit needed a new intake as the one we had was too small. Mostly free with the package and still the same great service. They all provided great service and manners while still completing their job in a timely manner and with quality.

Had an A/C problem Saturday of Labor Day and Valley said someone would be there "this evening". It was 10 PM that night when Adam Mason called - he was willing to come that late if we were OK with it (we were). He diagnosed the problem quickly but needed a part. Made some changes to help us limp for a few days. I requested him to put the part in himself and he said he would be glad to,.

Office called with delivery and firm cost and promise to install Friday. Part here Friday but Adam was booked to late in the evening. Valley was willing to have him come late Friday night when he was available, but I agreed to install Saturday morning as we were doing fine. He was here 8AM and installation went smoothly. He checked several other things on the unit to be sure all OK. Unit running better than we've seen before. Very professional and knowledgeable.
