Turning Our Sauna Back Into a Home
When I told the Lord that I wanted a new house, I should’ve specified that I wanted to move to a new house, not upgrade the existing one because of one disaster after another. Our latest catastrophe resulted in our HVAC unit perishing after a long battle of southern heat and humidity... Although it was late in the evening, we made a desperate call for help. Not long after, John Stebbins and Jesse Brown appeared, driving the van full of eternal hope for the desperate and unlucky, wielding the torch of illumination (flashlight). Sadly, our dear HVAC that has served us so valiantly had finally met its end. Through the tears (sweat, actually), a new beacon of hope by the name of Bryant Perry was called to help. He, thankfully, had a solution to our dearly departed. And although it hurt our pocketbook (because even at the great deal Bryant was able to get for us, HVACs are still expensive), we have made a new investment in our—not at all asked for—renovation of our home. As I arrived home from work the next day, I pulled up to see Noah Colon and Curtis Merriman hard at work in the pouring rain with smiles on their faces and not a complaint to be heard. So I would like to thank Valley Heating and Cooling for the quick, efficient, friendly, down to earth, and real effort they put in to turning our sauna back into a home. From the Reed family and their two lovable pooches, we thank you for employing such great people to represent you and bring honor to your name!

The technician, Kevin, was helpful in explaining the problem that was occurring and the options that were available for us. After we decided what we wanted to do, he further explained cost and effectiveness of the units. He called the morning of the installation to assist with application process and to let us know when the installers would be there. We received a call by the installers as we were told, letting us know when they would arrive. When Andrew J and Blake A came out to install the unit, they explained what they would be doing. At the end of the installation, they went over all the things we would need to do and explained how to set everything up and the process the unit would go through. We were told to call anytime, night or day, if there was a problem. We were pleased with the process as a whole. If this unit is as good as the people who provided the service, we will have it made. We called Valley the morning of problem and they came out that day. Great service.

Called Sunday evening for central air unit repair. Received appointment time for 2–4 PM Monday. Fabian called about 3 PM to let me know of his arrival in 1/4 hr.
