The technician, Kevin, was helpful in explaining the problem that was occurring and the options that were available for us. After we decided what we wanted to do, he further explained cost and effectiveness of the units. He called the morning of the installation to assist with application process and to let us know when the installers would be there. We received a call by the installers as we were told, letting us know when they would arrive. When Andrew J and Blake A came out to install the unit, they explained what they would be doing. At the end of the installation, they went over all the things we would need to do and explained how to set everything up and the process the unit would go through. We were told to call anytime, night or day, if there was a problem. We were pleased with the process as a whole. If this unit is as good as the people who provided the service, we will have it made. We called Valley the morning of problem and they came out that day. Great service.

This company is so professional. They are very well knowledgeable. I was sent over immediately two young men, one was age 20, the other one was age 21, and when I tell you, these young guys were so manageable, well knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were doing. Very neat. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had no problems with anything with them. They represent the company so well I was blown away with these two young men. They are such awesome young men, and I am so proud that I had them here to install a new unit for me. I’m so proud that I met them. They answered every question for me. They knew exactly what they were saying, what they were doing, and I’m just excited that I’ve gotten an opportunity to even do business with this company and to even meet these two young men. Just were awesome. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I wish them the best luck in their near future, and I don’t remember their names, but they represent the company so well. To see such young men at their age so knowledgeable and well trained was just awesome. Great job, guys.

AJ and Riley arrived on time and installed my new HVAC that had just been ordered the afternoon before, which was very quick. They worked hard all day. I was able to go up to the attic to see what was installed, as well as the unit outside. They explained several things to me. They went over the new thermostat that was installed. Very happy with the installation and the service from Valley.

My twenty-year-old central unit was showing its age and had too many things wrong with it. It was going to cost more than I wanted to put in it for repair, so after discussions with Adam Mason I decided to replace it. Before the day was over my new unit was in place and running, thanks to the professional and efficient crew of Brandon B., John M., Lance, Kyler, Sean, and Kevin F. Great job, guys. Thanks to Adam for the little extra. Someone left a pair of shades, so if you are wondering where they are, now you know. Certainly recommend this company.

I have used Valley Heating and Cooling for 20 plus years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. On 3/8/21 they installed a new Trane split heat pump system for me. They were extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. They kept me totally informed about the installation. My installers were Brandon B., Vance K., Jacob A., and Sean M.
