Gary, my technician, was fabulous. I would highly recommend that if you need anything done in your home that pertains to plumbing or AC work to call Valley because they came out when nobody else would. Everybody else was too backed up to fit me in, but they helped me out and came and assisted me with the clogged drain that I had that was causing issues in my kitchen. He had my garbage disposal unclogged in a matter of just a few minutes. It's nice when you know you got somebody who knows what they're doing. I cannot thank them enough for coming out and taking care of my problem.

Sink Draining Properly Once More
I had some issues with my kitchen sink draining very slowly so I called Hiller because I'm a Happy Hiller club member and asked them to come out and fix it. After 2 days they made the problem worse, where it wouldn't drain at all. Frustrated, I called Valley Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. They had Gary Wise at our home the next morning. He took the better part of the day diagnosing the issue and determined the drain pipe in our yard had broken. He then came back the next morning to install new piping. By the evening, he had us up and running and the sink was draining properly once more. Gary was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable! It was an all-around job well done and I am very pleased with Gary, and Valley Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I highly recommend them, and Gary, to anyone who needs their plumbing fixed at a very fair and reasonable price!
