My A/C died at 2 p.m. on Thursday. I called Valley, and they were here Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. (he called first to make sure we were ready for him). The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He found the problem and had our unit working again by 9 a.m. He then checked out the whole system and found no other issues. This is why we always go with Valley.

Zander Keller came to my house at night while I was gone to pick up someone to help me with something, and I didn’t know it but bless his heart he had been waiting on me for 15 minutes before I got home, and he was so nice and never once complained or acted aggravated. My air conditioner needed something, and thank the Lord it was covered under my warranty. I can’t thank Zander enough for the great job he did and the kindness that he bestowed upon me even though I made him wait till around 9:30 pm.
