Valley Heating and Cooling is a wonderful, wonderful business. They came yesterday to service my unit, then today they came and added a vent into the sunroom that I had enclosed. The guy that did the job both days was extra special and sweet, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. And every time I've talked to the office staff, they have been the same way. I am a happy yearly customer now. My dog Gabby is very happy with her new air in the sunroom, where she can look out the windows.

I’m very pleased with the company. They responded quickly when my AC went out. The service technician that came out, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and started giving me different options on repair or replacement. I settled on a replacement unit due to the age and condition of my current unit. Jack Campbell came by and provided me with several options to choose from, and they also offer in-house financing. Once I decided which unit I wanted, the process was quick, and they scheduled me for next-day installation. Heath and Cherokee were the install technicians, and these guys were great! They removed the old unit and installed the new unit. They were quick and efficient. They took great care not to damage anything and cleaned everything up before they left! I highly recommend this company and definitely recommend Kevin for service, Jack for sales, and Heath/Cherokee for install! Thank you all for taking care of us and making it a quick and smooth process!

Poor guys worked from sun up to sun down, were very professional and friendly, made the process very easy... not the cheapest company to go with but who wants cheap? I would rather have quality! Our A/C stopped working on Friday and Valley came out on Saturday to troubleshoot with hopes that it may be a simple fix. Unfortunately, we had to replace the unit, which Valley was able to do early Monday morning.
