I have been using Valley Heating and Cooling for a little over 10 years for HVAC. They have always been easy to get in touch with, and they have been very responsive when there was an actual equipment problem. And even if it was just an annual service call, it has always been easy to schedule a convenient time. And I've always thought their rates were very reasonable. They recently (sometime in the last couple of years, I'm guessing) started doing plumbing service too. I will probably try their service the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician
Had a technician come to my house on Monday, June 16, 2025, to provide maintenance before summer gets super hot. I have a Daikon system. The technician was on time and checked everything such as the thermostat, the attic, and outside where the unit is located. He found that the capacitor was worn out and he replaced it. Everything else was okay. The technician is named Terence Jackson. He was knowledgeable, explained what the capacitor was for, and very friendly. Good guy.

I had to have my split unit heating and air conditioning replaced. Valley installed my unit 23 years ago and it's been wonderful WITH NO ISSUES!!!! The vapor coil rusted and lost its freon and because of age and condition I agreed it was time for replacement. The supervisor was cordial and we agreed upon a set price. The two young techs that did the replacement were amazing!!!! They were kind and polite and took great strides to protect my flooring. They vacuumed when they completed, explained the new thermostat and overall, it was as pleasant an experience as possible, under circumstances!!
