Very quick response when our heat pump wasn't working. They came out that day, found the problem (fried circuit board), and were back the next day to replace the part they ordered in. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service.

Valley continues to do great work. Nov 10, 2024

Kevin, Clay, and Lance did a great job in the install. Our bedroom was 8-10 degrees colder than the rest of our house. We got a new 5-ton split heat pump, added a line to the bedroom, added a return to the bedroom. Fast, friendly, efficient crew who didn’t stop until the job was right! Update: 3 years in and Valley continues to do great work. Thank you, Hunter, for driving an hour each way on a Sunday to get us up and running again!

Valley, you are the best! Aug 30, 2024

It was time to have a new heat and air system installed, so I called Valley. And I'm so glad I did. Just minutes after I talked with someone in the office, Gerald called and set up an appointment for that afternoon. He was so nice, listened carefully to everything I wanted in a system, and recommended one that I love. The heat pump is very attractive; it's quiet, runs about half as much as my old system, and has already saved me a significant amount of money, while keeping every room in the house at a consistent and comfortable temperature. He could have set up installation for 2 days later, but that didn't work for me, so we scheduled it for the following week. Vance and Blake, who installed the system, were just as nice and professional as Gerald. They did a super job, finished it in 1 day, and did a fantastic clean-up. Someone from my local electric company came to inspect the work so that I could get a rebate from TVA, and told me that they had done an excellent job. Valley knows what rebates are available, and handled setting that up so that I didn't have to do anything. And a few weeks later, I received a check! This is the best experience I've ever had when having major work done on the house. I wouldn't go to anyone but Valley for my heating and air services. Just wish I could give them 10 stars. They deserve it! Update: Six years later Valley is one of those (rare) companies that continues to provide superior service year after year after year. Josh was here today to check and clean the system, and he was just great: knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. Valley has earned all the excellent reviews they receive. As I said six years ago, when my heat pump was installed by Valley, I wouldn't even consider going to any other company for my heating and cooling needs. Also, the brand they recommended has performed beautifully, is still functioning like a new system, and hasn't required any maintenance except the annual check-up and cleaning. Valley, you are the best!
