I’m very pleased with the company. They responded quickly when my AC went out. The service technician that came out, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong and started giving me different options on repair or replacement. I settled on a replacement unit due to the age and condition of my current unit. Jack Campbell came by and provided me with several options to choose from, and they also offer in-house financing. Once I decided which unit I wanted, the process was quick, and they scheduled me for next-day installation. Heath and Cherokee were the install technicians, and these guys were great! They removed the old unit and installed the new unit. They were quick and efficient. They took great care not to damage anything and cleaned everything up before they left! I highly recommend this company and definitely recommend Kevin for service, Jack for sales, and Heath/Cherokee for install! Thank you all for taking care of us and making it a quick and smooth process!

Started experiencing problems with an aged central unit. Called Valley AC - same day service! A plus in 90-degree weather! Technician evaluated the system, advised problem! Husband concurred! Unit we have is 17-18 years old - she has performed magnificently but time to be replaced!

Exceptional from beginning to end Jul 1, 2025

Our A/C stopped working on Friday and Valley came out on Saturday to troubleshoot with hopes that it may be a simple fix. Unfortunately, we had to replace the unit, which Valley was able to do early Monday morning. Valley was nothing but exceptional from beginning to end...excellent communication, friendly and professional. We've lived in the area for almost 10 years now and are very happy that we've finally found the company that we'll continue to go with for all our heating and cooling needs. AC stopped blowing cold air, and after an attempted repair, my 19-year-old HVAC couldn't be saved. Valley Heating and Cooling came in and was able to quickly and efficiently replace my HVAC, offering a good brand and a very nice warranty.
