A/C quit cooling at 5 p.m. Called company. Tech called, said he would show up at 6:50. He arrived on time, repaired unit, was very polite and explained the issue, and was finished by 7:20. Highly recommend Valley Heating and Cooling and their professional tech.

Mr. Bailey is rare, as today we are seeing more of a younger and much different workforce mindset not always prioritizing the customer needs and giving 100%. Mr. Bailey does not fit that category, as his attention was on the issue while asking questions, actually listening to the answer. Mr. Bailey is an asset to your company. I had some condensation issues with one of my AC units. The appointment was scheduled for four days after I called (during the hottest two weeks we have had in a long time), so I thought that was pretty fast. The day of my appointment, I was called and asked if they could reschedule. Due to the heat wave, they had several people totally without AC, so understandable they should service those customers first. Rescheduled appointment was also rescheduled for the same reason. Because they had to reschedule twice, they gave me a break on the service costs. Day of the service arrives, technician shows up and while he was working on the unit, there was an unfortunate incident that caused a water leak. I called the office and the office manager got a plumber and a carpet cleaning company to come right out, fix the plumbing issue and extract the water from the carpet. Very pleased with the service I received. All very professionally handled. Thank you Valley Heating and Air.

Really happy we went with these guys. Had to call them in twice within 6 months, and both times they were on site within 24 hours. Everyone was friendly and professional from the office staff to the technicians. All of our issues have been resolved as well. Would definitely recommend!

My A/C died at 2 p.m. on Thursday. I called Valley, and they were here Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. (he called first to make sure we were ready for him). The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He found the problem and had our unit working again by 9 a.m. He then checked out the whole system and found no other issues. This is why we always go with Valley.

Zander Keller came to my house at night while I was gone to pick up someone to help me with something, and I didn’t know it but bless his heart he had been waiting on me for 15 minutes before I got home, and he was so nice and never once complained or acted aggravated. My air conditioner needed something, and thank the Lord it was covered under my warranty. I can’t thank Zander enough for the great job he did and the kindness that he bestowed upon me even though I made him wait till around 9:30 pm. He deserves a raise for his calm demeanor and very valuable service! Thank you so much Zander Keller!
