I truly can’t say enough about the entire Valley and heating team. From quote to install they made the entire process smooth and seamless, when replacing the AC unit in my parents' home. I really appreciated the turnaround time from me notifying them I was ready to having the unit installed in less than 24 hours later. Plus they found and diagnosed a different unknown issue. Valley was able to provide me a same day estimate and next day replacement on a leaking hot water heater. Very competitive pricing and customer service that is exceptional. Update. Valley showed up promptly at 9 am to do the water heater install, less than 24 hours after the problem was found! Brandon, the technician, was beyond helpful and polite. He even purchased a piece of plywood from his own pocket to ensure the water heater had a sturdy base. I can’t say enough about this company and the entire experience.
