This company is so professional. They are very well knowledgeable. I was sent over immediately two young men, one was age 20, the other one was age 21, and when I tell you, these young guys were so manageable, well knowledgeable, knew exactly what they were doing. Very neat. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had no problems with anything with them. They represent the company so well I was blown away with these two young men. They are such awesome young men, and I am so proud that I had them here to install a new unit for me. I’m so proud that I met them. They answered every question for me. They knew exactly what they were saying, what they were doing, and I’m just excited that I’ve gotten an opportunity to even do business with this company and to even meet these two young men. Just were awesome. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I wish them the best luck in their near future, and I don’t remember their names, but they represent the company so well. To see such young men at their age so knowledgeable and well trained was just awesome. Great job, guys.

AJ and Riley arrived on time and installed my new HVAC that had just been ordered the afternoon before, which was very quick. They worked hard all day. I was able to go up to the attic to see what was installed, as well as the unit outside. They explained several things to me. They went over the new thermostat that was installed. Very happy with the installation and the service from Valley.

My twenty-year-old central unit was showing its age and had too many things wrong with it. It was going to cost more than I wanted to put in it for repair, so after discussions with Adam Mason I decided to replace it. Before the day was over my new unit was in place and running, thanks to the professional and efficient crew of Brandon B., John M., Lance, Kyler, Sean, and Kevin F. Great job, guys. Thanks to Adam for the little extra. Someone left a pair of shades, so if you are wondering where they are, now you know. Certainly recommend this company.

I have used Valley Heating and Cooling for 20 plus years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. On 3/8/21 they installed a new Trane split heat pump system for me. They were extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. They kept me totally informed about the installation. My installers were Brandon B., Vance K., Jacob A., and Sean M.
